For Standard and Professional packages, you will receive the first draft within 4 business days. For Premium and Executive packages, the first draft will be delivered within 3 business days.

Yes. Revisions are included with every package:

  • Standard and Professional packages: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Premium package: 3 rounds of revisions
  • Executive package: Unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery

Refunds are only available for unused services. For example, if you purchased the Premium package but only received the resume, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining components.

Please note: for packages that include LinkedIn profile optimization, this service is delivered only after final approval of your resume. This step ensures consistency in your personal brand across platforms and protects the integrity of our process.

Once any individual service (resume, cv, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile) has been delivered, we do not issue refunds for that part of the package. Instead, we offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Yes. Your data is stored securely on servers located in the EEA and processed in accordance with GDPR. We retain your files for 30 days only, after which they are deleted, unless you request otherwise. You can request deletion at any time — we will process it within 72 hours.
