1. The Controller of your data is HEADS HERE LLC. You may contact the Controller:

2. The Controller will process your data from the contact form in order to identify the sender and handle the submitted inquiry.

3. The legal basis for processing your personal data provided in the contact form is the legitimate interest of the Controller – Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation; the legitimate interest of the Controller is to respond to received messages and to conduct correspondence.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to access your data, obtain a copy of your data, rectify your data, delete your data, limit the processing of your data, object to the processing of your data, withdraw your consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the Office for Personal Data Protection. Before responding to such requests, we may ask you for information that will enable us to identify you.

9. Providing us with personal data is voluntary, but necessary for handling the inquiry.
